I am so happy to read from you and thank you for the compliment about me. I like the communication with you and I would love to write more and know each other. Yes,I am currently in Afghanistan and its really dangerous but everything is under control at my end. I am coming soon because I will soon get the letter from the authorities for departure. My son is with my care taker while here and I miss him. I would love to explore much with the right partner and I will be happy to explore much in Switzerland and maybe you can show me around   Life is a beautiful journey and sharing it with the right person at this time in my life would be great. Most of us, at this age, have been through our own tragedies and other side in life.  It depends how we learn from them and are able to get on to the good stuff that really matters. Life goes on and we need to give chance to the new things. I still feel like I am 23 and want to live like I am, even if the mirror says differently and I want the heart that can love and bring much happiness.

Here's more about me:

I was born in Cliff Park, New Jersey, to a German-American mother and an American father but now i live in Lincoln Park (NJ).  My mother was from Bremen in Germany but  I didn't get the time to visit. I loved her so much but you know destiny and I know she is proud of me wherever she is now.. My parents now are late and  I am the only child. I have spend all my time in US and I want to explore much in my mum's country too. I want to learn German too.

My Education and Job:

My military education includes the United States Military Academy (U.S.M.A) at West Point, New York (Class of 1976); Infantry Officer Basic and Advanced courses, Armed Forces Staff College, and a U.S. Army War College Senior Fellowship at the Hoover Institution, Stanford University.

As at now I am on a National Assignment in  Afghanistan for peace keeping and things here are a bit calm now. I have been here for 6 months now. Its really dangerous here and everything is under control at my end. I don't like the Eastern people but its my job to promote peace in the country. Well,I am yearning to expand my mind with someone who shares common interests or has desire to explore new ones, their thoughts and so much more. Happiness is by far the single most important thing to me. Some of the simpler things in life are what makes one happy--hard to find someone who understands that. Walks on the beach, moonlit nights, campfires....so much to enjoy with the right person. The finer things in life are nice too, but it's also nice to be able to stop and smell the roses. Important qualities to have honesty, ability to laugh and be genuine.I believe communication, honesty, loyalty, trust and mutual respect to be very important to the success of a lasting relationship.Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take but by the moments that take our breath away.. I want to share my life with someone who is equally sincere with her intentions to make a relationship work and last. She should be honest, patient and trustworthy. She understands that mutual respect and communication are vital for any relationship to grow. She should be strong where I am weak so we can support each other in our strengths and weaknesses. Together, life will have more meaning as we bring out the best in each other. The physical appearance of a person is not as important to me as the real person within. DISTANCE IS NOT A PROBLEM as I am willing to relocate for the right person.

I would love to chat with you and I think its also nice to chat and know each other. Sometimes I have it difficult to connect to friendscout and we can write here privately.
