Before I proceed, let me introduce myself once again. I am Eva Mendlova; a staff of Osgen Pharmaceuticals, a pharmaceutical company based in London England.

I hope to elaborate extensively about this so you will know it is a nice one. It is an exciting project and I am seeking for an honest and trustworthy individual or group of individuals for a partnership.

Rilpivirine is used in the development of a suppressive drug for the Human Immune Virus (HIV). It has an excellent analytical result and works by decreasing the amount of HIV in the blood. Tenofovir Alafenamide has also proved to be a corrective cure for hepatitis and has shown to have an excellent resistance profile to the deadly hepatitis B virus. Other lifesaving drugs like Cytarabine have been proven to be effectively tested against cancer of white blood cells and plasma cells.

These lifesaving drugs are produced from a rare cold pressed extract which my company uses for manufacturing so many lifesaving drugs in its pressurized state. Cuspidatum Herbal Extract ZT-10 is a major key ingredient which is used in the production of these life-saving drugs and are made from rare herbal plants which are nurtured under good environmental conditions to yield optimal results after careful laboratory preparation.

My company (Osgen Pharmaceuticals) is in dire need of Cuspidatum Herbal Extract ZT-10 to resume production in our facility. Our previous supplier passed away four (4) months ago due to health complications and this has hindered production in our facility.  However, it is not in line with my work contract to handle procurement contracts that's why I am seeking for a reliable and trustworthy business person to execute this project and hand me a commission. Having said the above, my dear friend, I will not hesitate in telling you more details about the project.

Your duty will be to apply in the ongoing supply bid in my company for the position of \"supplier\".  I found an invoice from the last shipment made by our late previous supplier and got firsthand information of the exact location he buys this product from. I noticed that the local farmers are selling at a cheap rate of US$8200 per barrel which is far cheaper than my company's purchase price at the rate of US$22,570 per barrel. It is the exact farm he buys from and supplies to my company. So, if you sold at the same price or even slightly less, it will attract the attention of the Company Director and Chief Procurement officer (CPO) to buy from you. Either way, there is an estimated profit margin of between $13500 - $14370 per barrel.

You are to present yourself as an applicant seeking for the supply of Cuspidatum Herbal Extract ZT-10 to my company. My company is currently having an ongoing bid for the supply of the product and lots of companies and individuals have been bidding for the position of \"supplier\" in my company but unfortunately none of the submitted specifications have been tested and confirmed correct to meet company standard. Furthermore, as part of contract application due process my company requires a test sample of the product to be certain of the product quality and correctness before issuing a multi annual supply contract to an applicant as her new supplier. This would help confirm product quality by the board of directors before bulk purchase. Let me also say that this isn't a buy and sell business as my company will be issuing a five (5) year contract to her supplier to ease fear and uncertainty.

On the basis of establishing a business relationship with the local farmer, you may introduce yourself as a colleague to our late previous supplier who passed on a few months ago.The herbal extract is absolutely safe for export and poses no risk to human health nor government laws. The production farm handles all export and manufacturing licenses required for safe product delivery to our facility in the UK without passing through your country and per your instruction the shipment would bear your name as sender and the CPO of my company as the recipient of the product. The production farm is within the European region and the herbal extract is to be exported to our facility in the United Kingdom.

Further note that the company wouldn't be making any upfront payments. Osgen Pharmaceuticals has a 100% full payment after delivery policy to all her suppliers.

I am seeking a partnership with you or your company to leverage our strengths and capitalize on the market demand of the herbal extract by my company. I am proposing to contribute 30% of the required capital for this project. Moving forward, I would not be sharing such vital information about the exact location of the production farm without having an agreement signed as this cuts me off the loop from the business. Before I direct you to the CPO of my company and give you more vital information, we should have concrete understanding of what I will receive when the contract gets to you after supply.

I'm willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement with you for the interest of both parties in order to protect sensitive information shared during our discussions. A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) would protect both our interests with the duties of both parties well outlined.

We are going to follow all due process to achieve this goal (Documentations) and you will appreciate it as we progress. I am seeking a partnership as I would be mutually involved. I  would protect your file, guide your interest and make sure that the contract gets to you. Be rest assured that this transaction is very transparent and 100% risk free.
