Thank you for responding to my letter. I'm very anxious right now and I'm not sure how to express my feelings. My name is Diana, and I'm from Kherson, Ukraine. Unfortunately, my country is currently at war with Russia, and they are bombing our cities. It was terrible to hear the sounds of bombs exploding and to see the destruction around them. I had to leave everything behind and flee to Moldova, of which my father was a citizen and who had relatives who could help me.
I feel very anxious and insecure about my future. I don't know anyone here, and it's hard for me to adjust to this new country.
