Today was tough, but I’m glad to have the time to write you. Thanks for your
letter – it was lovely to read. How have you been?
It seems that with each message we get to know each other better, and I really like it.
Answering your question about the Internet, I really believe that it unites people in many ways.
Despite the fact that we are far from each other, he allows us to communicate and share parts
of our lives with each other, which I find wonderful. It's great that you like to ride a bike! As
for my hobbies, walking in nature, reading and listening to music. I listen to a variety of music
depending on my mood, but I especially like relaxing instrumental music and classic rock.
What about you? As for movies, I like both dramas and comedies, as well as films that make
me think or tell really interesting stories. Do you have any favorite movies? As for the Internet,
I don't use it too often, except to write similar letters and keep in touch with friends. I would
ask you to send me your photo again, I hope that in the next letter you will do so.
Can you believe we managed to bring a circus to our small town? I can already
imagine how excited the kids will be! I haven’t been to the circus since I was 14. I remember
being in awe of the animals back then, though now I feel sorry for them having to perform.
What more is there to mention? Sometimes work leaves me exhausted, but it’s a good kind of tired.
I often travel to schools, kindergartens, and the local administration, walking up to 10
kilometers a day. It’s my only chance to exercise, so I don’t mind. Weekends are my favorite
– they’re my time to recharge. I love staying home, where I can truly relax. i am very particular
about keeping my house in order, as you probably remember. I used to read a lot as a student,
but now it’s only when i have' a quiet morning with tea that I get back into it. Sometimes I’ll
watch a movie or listen to music. I also enjoy spending time with friends – we laugh, share
stories, and go for walks in nature or around town. If you’d like, I can tell you more about
them next time. I love hiking, though we haven’t gone in two years. The forests around us
have become unsafe due to wild animals and poachers. I also love stargazing – something city
folks don’t get to enjoy as much. There’s something meditative about the quiet night sky,
with the smells of the forest, water, and smoke from nearby chimneys. For some reason,
I love that smell. I am a bit of a romantic at heart and also enjoy cooking. My mom taught me
well. She used to say, “A woman who cooks well has no flaws,” and maybe she was right.
We have traditional Kazakh dishes like beshbarmak, pilaf, kuyrdak, and sorpa, but I prefer
European cuisine. I should wrap this up before it gets too long! i believe you’ll read it to the end.
Looking forward to your next letter. I hope you experience peace and kindness.
Sincerely, Yevgeniya
P.S. I’d send a photo of my house, but I don’t have one yet. It’s small and cozy, nothing fancy, but it’s mine!
