transaction and I do not work with them. I only used them as a reference
for you to know the level we are operating and the kind of investors we are
dealing with so that you will take the opportunity very seriously.

One of the investors has about $30m he wants to invest with any reliable
person that can be turning the money over and be bringing returns on
investment (ROI) of about 3% annually and another one has about $1B he
wants to be giving out as loans to individuals or companies that need it so
that the borrower can be paying an interest rate of between the range of
1.5% to 3% on any amount been loaned to them with.  But rates are still
negotiable depending on the kind of business/project the borrower/fund
manager intends to go into.  The loan can start from $5m upwards. So, if
