However you can move in while am away, because I deposited the Spare Keys to the apartment with a DHL Office over there in Melbourne.So, if you really want to move in I will send you the reference Number (code number) that you will present at the DHL Office to get the spare keys or better still, I can send the Keys, directly to your present address.
I will like to ask you few questions before I proceed with your interest in my apartment.And they are as follow:

2.Do you have kids?
3.What do you do for a living?
4.Do you smoke?
5.How old are you?
6.How long will you like to stay in my apartment?
7.Do you live in Australia or you are coming to Australia from another country?
8.Do you have a pet?
9.Phone number?
I am interested in the answers to the above questions because,I have to abide with the laws and regulations biding the apartment.All utility bills(Electricity,internet,gas,water etc) are included in the rent of $1000 and security deposit of $1000(REFUNDABLE)
