Das kann nicht nur so sein, dass ist leider meist so. Durch die vielen überregionalen Anbieter in Russland, kann man da leider nicht mehr so, wie von einem Jahr sagen, geht nicht, weil falscher Oblast. Leider muss man jetzt immer nachprüfen, ob der Anbieter auch dort seine Dienste anbietet, wo der Kontakt angibt wohnen zu wollen.
Dazu kommt noch, dass viele auch Mobilfunk anbieten und man das nicht immer gleich an der IP oder bei der Auswertung sehen kann. Hier lohnt sich ein Blick auf die Anbieterseite.

Deshalb können wir sie aus diesem Grund noch nicht verschieben. Sie muss also andere Fehler machen, die Scam beweisen.
