Das Zauberwort heißt Schärfentiefe und ist ein fotografisch durchaus erwünschter Effekt. 
Eine geringe Blendenzahl und somit eine weit geöffnete Blende führt dazu, dass nur Objekte in einem kleinen Bereich der Tiefe scharf dargestellt werden.
Unglaubwürdig ist an dem unscharfen Hintergrund nichts. Ich finde, es ist ein guter Effekt.
Sicher ist das nichts, was eine Taschenkamera aus dem Handgelenk leistet

have  never  been  to  would  you like to see . And so, I shall expect

Auch Google findet unter dem Namen des Fotografen Viacheslav Dusaleev keine Internetseite, 
aber jede Menge Seiten, auf denen Fotos von ihm veröffentlicht sind. Ist ein Fotograf aus Moskau. 

Auf jeden Fall ist der Datumsstempe auf dem Foto ein Fake:
