its scam, I found the same letter with Google

Hat vermutlich die Mailadresse julietrose@rambler.ru gewechselt, nachdem sie bei russian-mates gelistet wurde. Laut Info dort heißt sie Julia Zhukovets.

Der Beitrag bei romancelovescams ist von Mai 2010 und geht davon aus, dass die Mail aus Russland kommt, Ukraine aber angegeben ist. Dabei wurde übersehen, dass mit dem Permitted Sender nicht der eigentliche Absender gemeint ist, sondern der Ort der Mailbox, rambler.ru in Moskau. 
Die Texte dort sind bisher einzigartig.
