the mandate I received from the bank which is the only source I have
to come in contact with you for this great project which will be of

kin so that his bank can release this fund ($15.5M)into your bank
account otherwise his fund will be confiscated. Below are the reasons

bank request for easy approval and release of this fund into your Bank
account through bank to bank wrire transfer.
I am sending in my second mesage a draft fund release application
which you will complete and send directly to Benin Republic Board of
Financial Unit (BRBFU) for them to instruct the BRS bank to carry out
the process of the transfer into any of your bank acount.

better understanding do feel free to let me know immediately upon your
response for clarity purpose so that we can proceed without any delay
and as to draft the application specimen which you will use to contact
