West Africa The above stated funds was
deposited in Bank account blocked with the bank and can be received by anybody I
authorized them to wire the fund.
Presently , I do not have the means to initiate the procedure for release of funds , the reasons why I want enlist the help of a trusted person who can initiate this procedure with the bank to transfer the money in his country , and from the following help me to join him .
