Die sind ja wohl nicht mehr ganz dicht wenn die denken das ich eine Anzahlung leisten werde dann sind die echt bekloppter als ich dachte das können die schön alles vom Kredit abziehen wie das eine normale Bank auch macht. LOAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS (LEGALLY BINDING)       
1- We agree to lend and you agree to repay the amount of the Loan and interest on the terms of this Loan Agreement and by the installments and on the dates as stated herein (Loan repayment commences exactly 60days after the date of transfer of the loan-amount into your local account).
2- Repayment of monthly installments shall be on the 3rd of each month, if there is no such date in a particular month the payment shall be on the last day of that month.
3- We do not accept part or lump sum payments unless it is in accordance with your right to settle the loan early in accordance with the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
4- Failure to meet the due date for each installment shall attract a penalty of $10 per day, while installments not paid after three consecutive months shall cause us to nullify your loan agreement and may also attract legal actions.
5- In line with conventional loan policy, You MUST make a down payment of $1,150 towards the Bank transfer fee and Administrative /Legal Fees in tandem with standard foreign loan policies and regulations.
Note: Loan amount will be transferred into your local account in your country only after the information you provided on your application form has been confirmed by your country's authorities (Normally within 24hours) and the processing fees has been received by the finance and loans office.
6- Your loan application which already has conditional approval shall be fully approved within a 24hour period if you agree to the above terms and and also remit the mandatory processing/legal fees.
7- Loan approval documents shall be mailed to you upon the receipt of the down payment as we also expect a reply within 24hours from your home country confirming the information you supplied on the loan application form (This is very important).
