Everyone should have an outlet and a special interest that they enjoy doing for themselves. Self indulgence, to a point, is quite healthy. Escaping from day to day grinds to take some time to devote to your special hobby or concentration is therapeutic My hobby is yoga.Yoga is a well known and a classical practice. Yoga in its definition is "a system of techniques used to create health of mind, body and spirit, as well as balance and harmony in one's life". It includes physical movements, breathing exercises, meditation, healthful eating and positive thinking.
