Thanks absolutely for giving me your email address and also for your willingness to assist me process the claims of my funds from Ghana.  I am very pleased to do this business deal with you. We have to be secretive and I advice that you should keep whatever thing we discuss between ourself as top secret.

The amount of the money is $50,000,000.00 fifty million US dollars and was deposited in a bank in Ghana, because I wanted to buy a gold mine in Ghana for investment purpose as at 2010 before the war started in Libya. So I couldn't proceed further as a result of the war in Libya. We fled Libya as you already know, and I was given an asylum along side my kids and my siblings in Muscat, Oman. Everything that I do now, I do in secret. Because they have seized most of our family's wealth and treasuries in US, Canada and some other western countries. But I think Turkey is a safe country.

My aim is to invest secretly in your country, which I regard as an idea country to invest in, maybe we can set up this investment together or set it up in your name and I will be the secret beneficiary.. Or maybe you should just help me process the claims of the $50 million dollars from the bank security company and you have 30% for yourself. Because of my location and restrictions, I can not partake in any business deal and can not transact in a bank for now, because I don't want the present government of Libya to track me. Right now, I am under the protection watch of the Oman government and I must follow their instructions. I am going to make a proper arrangement to come and visit you in Turkey in secret after you have successfully processed the claims of the money from Ghana.

To be able to process the claims of the money, we will need the assistant of a professional lawyer in Ghana, who will assist with the procurement of whatever documents that will be needed by the bank. Because I was made to understand that a change of account ownership will be required, so that the ownership of the account can be changed from my name to your name, in order for the funds to be transferred easily. I have the documents of statement of account and also the deposit slip that was used to make the deposit. Any other document that the bank may require will be made available by the lawyer.

Base on the fact that you are willing to assist me, I will give you the contact details of the professional lawyer and also the details of the bank, so you can contact the bank direct on my behalf for the claim process and also contact the lawyer to present you to the bank as my beneficiary and also the lawyer can act as your representative there in Ghana. All you have to do is open communication with the lawyer.
