I am very happy to let you know that every arrangement to have the money delivered to you in your country has been concluded based on the call i received from the bank as i contacted the bank through email and telephone with the assistance of a Senegalese registered lawyer who pleaded with the bank on my behalf to grant us a second option  due to my condition in the refugee camp.
 
Having seen my late father's personal will , death certificate  ,the bank accepted to complete the claims. They made me to understand that the money will be delivered down to your country within 24 hours once the below information is received and confirmed by the bank.They said that the only way this deposit can be delivered to you is to have the total sum of $9.400.000.00 sealed in a box as a diplomatic consignment Items .

The arrangement now is that you will meet with the bank representative and the diplomatic delivering agency to receive the sealed consignment box as my investor /partner who will help me to invest the money in the real estate management . My dear i come into this agreement with the bank that you will take care of the diplomatic delivery charges / customs non-inspection fees before the bank agreed that the money can be delivered to you in cash via diplomatic system of fund delivery down to your country this week .
 
I want you to note that the Diplomat that will be delivering the Consignment box to you does not know the true content of the box except the official from the Bank who will accompany the Diplomat and  once the sealed consignment box is been handed to you make sure that the bank representative will stay with you while the diplomatic delivery agent will go outside to enable you cross-check the total sum before the bank representative will depart to his base ,
 
The choice of a Diplomatic delivery agent as I understood was made because of their Immunity and I was made to know by the bank that they will not be checked or undergo any form of scanning because of the Diplomatic Greenish Tag which will be placed on the sealed box containing the $9.400.000.00 USD .

You should be fast in anything you are doing to make sure that everything concerning this claims is completed within this week and don't delay in sending me the full information to enable the bank to effect on the fund delivering as soon as they receive the stated details . I want you to make every effort to help me receive this money from the bank through this second option because my condition in this refugee camp is very bad.
