Das ist der Ausweis eines Ehrenmitgliedes der Akademija Nauk zu Sovjetzeiten. Dann muss ich mal nach einer Akademie Nauk suchen. 

Diese Akademie ist die Russische Akademie der Wissenschaften (Российская академия наук). 
War ursprüngich in Sankt Petersburg, wurde aber 1934 nach Moskau verlegt.
Die offizielle Seite der Akademie findet man hier.

Ich weiß allerdings nicht, ob diese Ehrenmitgliedschaft von Joseph Vissarionovitsch Stalin (Иосиф Виссарионович Сталин) bestätigt wurde, 
oder ob dieses seine ist!

An anderer Stelle habe ich das Original gefunden. Es ist Stalins Urkunde!!!

Schaut man genauer auf das uns zugesandte Exemplar, dann kann man noch den Kragen von Stalins Jacke erkennen!
