Da scheint irgendeine Macke in den Datenbanken zu sein. Bei www.ip-adress.com wird zwar richtig Yoshkar-Ola angezeigt, das wird aber merkwürdigerweise nach Deutschland verlegt!!!

Da wir aber wissen, dass die ER-Telekom noch nicht in Deutschland aktiv ist, sollten wir schon Russland ergänzen!

der cqcounter zeigt ebenfalls Yoshkar-Ola und ER-Telecom in Deutschland an. Ich denke auch, dass kann ja jeder manuell beim posten berichtigen. 
Trotzdem sollte man sicherheitshalber noch andere Systeme abfragen, wenn es bei anderen IP's zu ähnlichen Erscheinungen kommen sollte.
