Meine persönliche Meinung ist ganz einfach. Ich würde es nicht tun. Das fehlte noch, das ich ein Appartement über eine mir fremde Person buche. 
Außerdem ist die in der Mail angegebene Mailadresse schon bei Scam-seek gelistet.

Ich habe ihr daraufhin "Scam" erklärt und dass mir das so zu gefährlich ist und dass ich lieber offiziell ein Hotelzimmer nehmen würde. 
Auch wenn wir dann keine "romatischen Stunden" zu zweit haben können... Mal sehen, was sie antwortet!
