Dearest what you said for me to come there is ok but I don’t have any money in my hand to start of my coming 
that is why I want this money to be transferred there so you will send me money from the money and I will start making my travel
documents to come there in Germany to meet you.

Dearest I am very happy to read your mail again and the same time thanking you for all your concerns and willingness of taking me to Germany to start a new life.

As regards to your mail sir, I will be going to the Immigration office here in our country to find out the cost of the passport and will let you to know and also will go to the bank where my father deposited the money to ask them if there will be a documents they will need from me before the will transfer my money to your account before I will be coming to Germany so that I will follow it up here now before coming so that when I come to Germany nothing will bring me back to Africa here and the bank will only transfer the money to your account while I am in Germany as you have suggested.

I will be going to the passport office and to the bank today and will let you to know my outcome from the office and bank.

Good morning !

Dearest I am happy to read from you again, meaning that you still want to help me and you have not rejected me at all.

As regards to the inquiry you ask me to make I went to the passport office and the tell me the it will cost me 30,000 cfa to get the passport been about 50euro, also I go to the bank to meet the bank manager to ask him if they will need any documents from me before they will transfer the money in your account in case if I am in Germany and call them to transfer the money to your account for me and the bank manager tell me that, I have to provide to them some documents that will proof that I authorised them to transfer the money to you as my chose guardian before the transfer will take place as I desired. And the documents he requested from me is as follows: 

1-     Death Certificate of my late father

2-     Deposit Certificate of the money

3-     Affidavit of Claim Certificate secured in the High Court to your name.

4-     Clearance Certificate from Ministry of Finance Togo.

5-     Copy of your scanned international passport or Driving License.

6-     Power of Authority Letter from Court issued by me.

This is the outcome from the passport office and from the bank, already I have the Death Certificate and the Deposit Certificate which I can provide to them but the other 3 documents I have to go to the appropriate ministries to find out the cost maybe by next week Monday and will let you to know the cost. Also if the time I will submit the documents to the bank you have to send me your passport or driving license so that I will submit it along with the documents to the bank as they requested before I will start coming over.
